List of change in Pro Bowl roster after 11 players from Denver and Seattle is unavailable

Rosters for the 2014 Pro Bowl were released weeks ago, but, as is always the case, injuries and player availability will result in additional players being called in as reinforcements.

Since the NFL moved the Pro Bowl to a week in front of the Super Bowl instead of a week after it, those playing in the title game are unavailable for the all-star festivities. The league designates alternates for such cases. With five Denver Broncos and six Seattle Seahawks heading to Super Bowl XLVIII instead of Hawaii, the league will be on the lookout for nearly a dozen fill-ins.

Injuries also take their toll. Most notably, San Francisco 49ers linebacker NaVorro Bowman will miss the game after suffering a severe knee injury in the NFC Championship. Injuries will also keep Adrian Peterson and Calvin Johnson away from Hawaii.

NFL Wild Card: Saints win over Eagles

With last second Shayne Graham field goal, Saints beat Eagles 26:24 in NFL Wild Card game.

After erasing nearly a half-century of road playoff frustration, a trip to Seattle shouldn't be intimidating for the New Orleans Saints.

Shayne Graham's 32-yard field goal, the fourth of the game for the recent addition to the team, won the wild-card game on the final play, 26-24 over the Philadelphia Eagles on Saturday night. Drew Brees, who threw for a touchdown and guided the 34-yard drive to the winning kick, didn't need to be a big star because the Saints' running game and defense -- along with Graham's leg -- provided the heroics.

"It's just, man, believing in each other, ignoring what everyone else has to say," Brees said.
